Terms & Conditions of Use

THIS SERVICE MAY INCLUDE AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING A FREE TRIAL OR COMPLETING A PURCHASE. TO AVOID BEING CHARGED, YOU MUST CANCEL IN YOUR APP STORE ACCOUNT SETTINGS AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE FREE TRIAL OR CURRENT BILLING PERIOD.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prime Cleaner mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please also review our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy and any other policies or supplemental terms we publish are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to use the Service.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account or device.
• You agree to notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewing), Free Trials & Billing

• Purchases via App Stores. Payments are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play). We do not collect or store your full card data.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Charges. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the period end at the cost shown in the app.
• Manage & Cancel. Manage subscriptions and cancel in your app store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by the app store according to its policies. Where permitted by law, we may share limited consumption data with Apple/Google to help resolve refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• No spam, port scanning, unauthorized access, malware distribution, scraping, or interference with networks.
• No exploitation of children or other prohibited content or conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Prime Cleaner and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

We may integrate third-party services (e.g., analytics, ads, payments). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIME CLEANER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation, governing law) will survive termination.

11. “No Logs” Statement (for Service Usage)

We do not monitor or store the contents of your cleaning operations or detailed activity logs beyond what is necessary to operate the Service, secure it, measure performance, or meet legal obligations. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your country of residence unless local consumer protection rules require otherwise. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of our principal place of business. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
